DIFF TICKETS AND PASSES
The Durango Independent Film Festival does have a priority seating policy which should be considered when deciding which type of pass/ticket to purchase. (Please See Seating Chart Below)
DIFF Festival Guest Pass
- Allows pass holder First Tier seating beginning 25 minutes prior to the movie. This pass also provides access to Awards Ceremony. (Admittance is not guaranteed and pass holder loses priority status if they arrive later than 20 minutes prior to the start of a movie.) This pass is not transferable.
DIFF Festival Guest Pass $199
DIFF Festival Guest 10-Punch Pass
- This pass allows entry into 10 film programs only. This pass is transferable and allows the pass holder Second Tier seating between 15 and 20 minutes before show time. (Admittance is not guaranteed and pass holder loses priority if they arrive later than 15 minutes prior to the start of a movie.) This pass is transferable.
DIFF Festival Guest 10-Punch Pass $75
Individual Tickets $8
- Children under age 18 and students with valid ID $5 (cash only).
- Individual tickets for a program can be purchased only at the Gaslight or Abbey Theatres, beginning 15 minutes before show time, depending upon seat availability.

No replacement of lost or stolen passes, with the exception of a Festival Guest Pass, which may be replaced at a cost of $25.

Because of the mature subject matter of many of the festival’s films, DIFF offers content advisories with each film description in the program and on the festival Web site. The advisories provide viewing appropriateness and the nature of content. Please use your discretion when considering which films to view, especially where it applies to children. Because individual standards vary, Durango Independent Film Festival is not liable for any public-viewing decisions.

Seating Policy
- Saving seats in not permitted.
First-Tier seating:
- First Tier pass holders are seated on a first come, first served basis until 20 minutes before show time.
- First-Tier passes include: GO Pass, Festival Guest Pass, Film Guest Pass, Sponsor Pass, Sponsor 10-Punch Pass, and Volunteer Pass.
Second-Tier seating:
- Second Tier pass holders will be seated between 20 and 15 minutes before show time.
- Second-Tier passes include: GO Punch Pass, Festival Guest 10-Punch Pass, and Volunteer Punch Pass.
Individual ticket seating:
- Ticket sales begin 15 minutes before show time and individual ticket holders are seated as available.
